CSRC Lunch at the Chapala Preparatory School
On April 29th, the students and teachers of the Chapala Preparatory School invited members of the Chapala Sunrise Rotary Club to lunch, made in their brand-new commercial kitchen and training facility.
The kitchen was funded by the CSRC and serves two key functions. First it offers a free healthy meal to the students of the school from poor families in the area. Second, it's a key facility for training students in hospitality and food-service, and also allows students to find jobs in the business or explore their own business ideas in this booming Lakeside industry.
The food was good, the sun shone and a good time was had by all.
