Classes have continued for 3 years at Ojo de Agua, teaching villagers about the water contamination and sanitation. This is preparing them for understanding the wetlands sanitation system that we are constructing and the long term maintenance needs. The group is predominately made up of village women and they have begun to take on leadership roles in other areas of their village, advocating for more health services and education for their families.
