Rotary District 4140 Governer-Elect Attends CSRC Dinner at Beer Garden Restaurant

CSRC members and friends gathered for dinner at Chapala’s Beer Garden Restaurant on Thursday, April 7, with over 50 in attendence. Among the guests was the Governor-Elect of Mexico’s Rotary District 4140 Ricardo Preciado Partida, accompanied by his wife Acela Navarro Preciado. (District 4140 will replace the current District 4150 in July.)

With good food and drink, music and a stunning lakeside sunset view, a good time was had by all.
